02年9月11日 テロに屈したブッシュ政権
9月11日がやってきた。
あの狂気のテロを生み出した動機は何か。言うまでもなく、グローバル化に対する反発である。自由化された単一の市場が、欧米から世界に広がり、民族のアイデンティティーを押しつぶして画一化しようとしていることを、がむしゃらに阻止しようとしたわけである。
それは、現実の「近代化」の否定的側面であるアメリカ一極支配や多国籍企業の横暴などへの反発であった。と同時に、それは「近代化」の肯定的側面である個人の人権の尊重原理や諸民族共生の理想などへの、残酷な攻撃でもあった。
このテロに直面して、ブッシュ政権の行ったことは何であったか。
それは、航空産業に公的資金を投入して自由競争原理を歪めることであり、自由貿易に反して鉄鋼セーフガードを発動することであり、資金の国際的取引への規制であり、自由な情報通信への規制であり、大量のアラブ系国民に対する不法な身柄拘束であり、体制翼賛的言論統制であり、その他諸々の、市場への規制介入、経済のグローバルな展開への制約、欧米的人権原理の否定、諸民族混住の敵視の諸政策であった。
いずれもテロリスト達が望んでいたことである。
テロは大成功だったのだ。ブッシュ政権こそそれを完成させようとしているのだ。
本当にテロに立ち向かったのは誰か。
危険を顧みずに人命救助に向かった消防士達であり、ボランティアでかけつけた医療スタッフ達であり、瓦礫を拾い上げて再建に立ち上がった市民達であり、迫害されるアラブ系住民を護り、彼らのためにデモに参加した無数の人々であり、そんなアメリカ市民を支援した世界の人々であった。
彼らこそテロリストの意図をくじいているのだ。
The Bush Administration yielded to terrorism
September 11 has come on again. What is the motive which produced the
terrorism of that insanity? Needless to say, it is repulsion for the globalization.
They wanted to stop the liberalized uniform market, which spreads in the
world from the West, crushing the racial identity.
It was repulsion for the negative side of actual "modernization" such
as the single rule by the United States or the tyrannical behavior of the
multinational companies. Simultaneously, it was also a cruel attack to
the affirmative side of "modernization" such as the principle of individual
human rights or an ideal of many races symbioses.
What did the Bush Administration perform in the face of this terrorism?
It was injection of the public funds into the aviation industry, distorting
a free competition principle. It was the exercising of the steel safeguard
against free trade. It was the regulation to international dealings of
funds. It was regulation to free information communication. It was the
illegal restraint to a lot of Arabic citizens. And it was the suppression
of freedom of mass media.
These were the regulation intervention into the market principle, the
restrictions to the global deployment of the economies, violation of the
Western human-rights principle, and policies of enmity against many race
coexistence in a community. They all are the terrorists desired.
So terrorists won a great success. It is the Bush Administration who
tends to complete it.
Who fought against terrorism truly? It was the firemen who went to lifesaving,
without looking back upon danger. It was the medical staff who applied
as the volunteer. It was the citizens who picked up rubbles and took action
on reconstruction of the community. It was the countless people who protected
the Arabs persecuted and participated in the demonstration for them. And
it was the people of all over the world who supported such American citizens.
Just they have broken the intention of the terrorists.
